Konark

No words to describe this marvel. Its colossal, a beauty in stone even in its ruins. Cannot fathom, how impressive it would ve been in all its splendor.
It amazes me how anyone could bring forth such exquisiteness in a stone. It stands for eternity, a mute spectator to the ages that pass by.

All we can see is the temple surroundings, the outer part. The Temple has actually been filled in. The Guide said something on Magnetic Stuff. Well, I didnt pay any attention to what he was saying. Who d want to waste their time, when in a place like this.

You can find the story and other details at:

An ideal trip to this place would be, a drive along the beach and see the Temple at Sunset and Sunrise.

Haa and cant forget the usual hawkers. The beads that some of em were selling were pretty. Bought a couple of em, ofcourse after haggling. Started to bargain from half of the price.
